Second Wave AI is an Australian AI-implementation consultancy, based in Australia, serving small and medium businesses in Australia and, from 2026, in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@secondwaveai.com.au.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, email, phone number (if provided), and the message you send us through a form on this site.
- Standard technical information any website collects automatically, such as your browser type and IP address.
- Cookie data, only after you have given consent, as described below.
Why we collect it
We use the details you give us in an enquiry form to respond to your enquiry, and, if you tick the separate marketing checkbox on the form, to send you occasional updates about our services. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
Non-essential cookies are switched off until you actively accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. At present, this site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update the cookie banner and this policy first.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our own business records, and delete or anonymise them once they are no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your details at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Where your information is processed
Second Wave AI is based in Australia, and this website — including its hosting and the systems we use to manage enquiries — is operated from Australia. If you are contacting us from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or Qatar, this means your information is transferred to and processed in Australia. We only collect what we need to respond to you, and we apply the same care to enquiries from the Gulf as we do to enquiries from Australia. If you would like more detail on this before getting in touch, email us and we are happy to explain.
Your rights

- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
