The problem

How it works
- Intake. Creates the tender record from your task tool or an upload, files the documents, and checks readability, scanned pages and language.
- Requirement register. Extracts every requirement with its clause, page, category, subsystem and a mandatory flag. Searchable and exportable.
- Compliance review. Proposes a decision for each requirement with a comment and a source citation, and compares addenda. Your engineer accepts, edits or overrides each one.
- Solution input. Suggests a proposal template. Your team confirms products, models and quantities and writes the solution description.
- Proposal drafts. Checks readiness, then builds the technical proposal in Word in your submission format and a separate sales proposal with restricted pricing.
- Dashboard. Shows tenders by stage, open items, time per stage, an activity log and win/loss.

- Works with a task tool such as Wrike for intake, status and write-back.
- A full audit log of who changed what, and when.
Data and hosting
Hosting is flexible: your own cloud tenant, a cloud or hosting service you already use, or hosted by Second Wave AI. We agree the option and region with you before the build. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups. Your documents stay yours.
